The L2 features a compact, portable design with a built-in air compressor and vacuum pump, eliminating the need for external equipment.

Operation

The process is designed to be straightforward for both flat and curved screens. 

  1. Preparation: Clean the screen and glass. Position the glass over the LCD, either manually or with a positioning mold, ensuring proper alignment.

  2. Lamination: Place the assembled screen on the bonding pad inside the working chamber and close the hatch.

  3. Process: Use the touchscreen interface to select the correct program and start the process with a single button. The machine will automatically perform both lamination and defoaming.

  4. Completion: Once the cycle is complete, open the hatch and remove the perfectly bonded, bubble-free screen.
