Forward Blue Light Laser Machine for Back Glass

The Forward Blue Light Laser Machine is

a specialized laser separation machine used in phone repair to remove the back glass and other bonded components from mobile phones. Its blue light laser technology is specifically designed to prevent damage to the LCD screen, a potential risk with other types of lasers.

Features and benefits

  • LCD-safe technology: Unlike some fiber lasers, the Forward blue light machine does not produce a refracted beam that can damage the LCD display from the other side of the device during the back glass removal process.

  • High precision and accuracy: It uses a high-precision XY axis system for accurate data and stable operation. Its central positioning structure ensures that the screen is placed perfectly without deviation.

  • Built-in functionality: The machine includes a built-in computer with an original graphics interface, making it easy to operate without needing an external computer or software.

  • Versatility: In addition to separating the back glass, it can also be used to remove the middle frame, bezel, and perform other laser engraving tasks for various mobile phone models, including iPhone, Samsung, Huawei, and others.

  • Improved safety: The machine features a closed working environment and can connect to an external air purifier to safely remove dust and odors generated during the repair process.

How it works

The laser machine uses a highly concentrated beam of blue light to heat and vaporize the adhesive underneath the back glass. Here is the typical workflow:

  1. Placement: The phone is secured in a tray or mold, and the laser's red light is used to preview the engraving area. This ensures sensitive components like the camera and wireless charging coil are avoided.

  2. Laser engraving: The blue light laser fires, following a pre-programmed design to vaporize the adhesive in a specific pattern. The blue light wavelength is highly absorbed by the adhesive but not the underlying components, which makes it safe for the phone.

  3. Separation: After the laser has weakened the adhesive, a technician can use a special tool to easily pry the old back glass off.

  4. Cleaning and replacement: The machine can be used for a second pass to remove any remaining adhesive before a new back glass is installed.
